To become a member of the Hollywood Branch, applicants must first become a member of the MTAC State organization. Once your application for membership has been accepted by the MTAC State organization, you can become a member of our Hollywood Branch by contacting our Membership Secretary, Susanna Zhamkochyan (firstname.lastname@example.org).
CATEGORIES OF MEMBERSHIP:
Active Membership is the highest level of membership and requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Music (or the equivalent) from an accredited institution, plus a minimum of two years of music teaching experience.
Provisional Membership is a four-year program for those who have not yet fulfilled all their Active Teacher Membership requirements. Provisional members may participate in most programs available to an Active member. Active Membership may be achieved by earning points through documenting instruction and experience.
Student Membership is a four-year program for the college student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Music, who wants to become part of the Association.
Business Affiliate Membership is for non-teaching persons and organizations that support the purposes of the Association.
